Un viaje al extranjero con Fermín
Fermín está nervioso porque mañana sale en su primer viaje al extranjero. Pone el jabón y la ropa en su mochila, pero la mochila ya está bastante llena.
En cambio, su amiga Lucía sonríe y le dice que no hay que correr, pero sin prisas. Ante el riesgo de olvidar algo importante, Fermín toma su teléfono y hace una lista de todo.

Era el primer día de Tomás en la empresa y no sabía dónde sentarse. Un compañero le explicó que cada empleado tiene su propio despacho en el tercer piso. Tomás subió por las escaleras y encontró la puerta con su nombre. Entró, dejó su mochila en la silla y sonrió — por fin tenía un espacio suyo.
It was Tomás's first day at the company and he didn't know where to sit. A colleague explained that every employee has their own office on the third floor. Tomás took the stairs and found the door with his name on it. He went in, put his backpack on the chair, and smiled — he finally had a space of his own.

Una cena en casa de Remedios
Esta noche, Remedios y yo preparamos una ensalada grande para la cena. Ella lava las verduras y yo las corto en trozos pequeños. Después, nosotros sazonamos la ensalada con aceite, limón y un poco de sal. Remedios prueba la ensalada y dice que está perfecta.
Por fin, ponemos todo en la mesa y llamamos a los demás para comer. Es una cena sencilla, pero a todos les gusta mucho.
Tonight, Remedios and I are making a big salad for dinner. She washes the vegetables and I cut them into small pieces. Then, we season the salad with olive oil, lemon, and a little salt. Remedios tastes the salad and says it's perfect.
Finally, we set everything on the table and call the others to come eat. It's a simple dinner, but everyone really enjoys it.
El desayuno de Rodrigo
Rodrigo se levanta temprano y pone el pan en la tostadora. Mientras espera, prepara una taza de café con leche. Después de unos minutos, saca el pan y lo pone en el plato. Las tostadas están crujientes. Las unta con mantequilla y un poco de mermelada de fresa. Come despacio porque hoy no tiene prisa.
Rodrigo gets up early and puts the bread in the toaster. While he waits, he makes a cup of coffee with milk. After a few minutes, he takes the bread out and puts it on the plate. The toast is crunchy. He spreads butter and a little strawberry jam on it. He eats slowly because he is in no rush today.
