Yesterday afternoon, Marta went out to the beach alone. The sun was already setting and the air was cool. She walked slowly along the shore, unhurried, watching the waves. When she got home, she felt much calmer.

Hoy fui a ver una casa con la agente inmobiliaria. Se llama Lucia y conoce bien la zona. La casa está apartada de la ciudad. Por eso el aire se siente más limpio y todo está muy tranquilo. Sin embargo, el camino para llegar es largo y un poco difícil. Lucia me dijo que en invierno a veces nieva mucho. Aun así, me gustó el jardín y la vista de las montañas. Voy a pensarlo unos días antes de decidir.
Today I went to see a house with the real estate agent. Her name is Lucia and she knows the area well. The house is away from the city. Because of that, the air feels cleaner and everything is very quiet. However, the road to get there is long and a bit rough. Lucia told me that in winter it sometimes snows a lot. Even so, I liked the garden and the view of the mountains. I'm going to think it over for a few days before deciding.

Estamos cenando en casa de mis padres. Mi padre siempre cuenta una historia después de la comida. Esta noche empieza con un chiste sobre un pollo. Nadie se ríe, pero él sigue hablando.
